Williams-Grundy & Associates is a design firm originally established as Williams & Associates, Architects in 1983 as a sole proprietorship by architect Richard M. Williams (University of Houston College of Architecture, 1975).  Daughter, Kelli Williams-Grundy (University of Houston College of Architecture, 2005), joined the design team in 1994.  The team is noted for its multi-family and single-family residential designs for custom clients and individual builders as well as light commercial, tenant build outs, and land planning.  With focus on the client’s needs and desires, the firm strives to design innovative residences and use of a variety of materials and styles with an eye toward the future and technological advances.
